A vegan, sweet milk chocolate alternative sweetened with maple sugar. Maple sugar is crystallized from the sap of the maple tree and is a fascinating type of sugar. This vegan milk chocolate alternative is made from fine cocoa beans, cashews, and 20% maple sugar, which we process bean-to-bar to create a completely new product that is pleasantly sweet without adding a lot of maple sugar.

Flavor profile: Nougat-soft body, very sweet nut butter character: sweet, milky, buttery, and yet vegan. The cashews create the buttery-soft texture and have a rather subtle flavor. Very creamy finish.

Tasting tip

Like fine wine, chocolate is best enjoyed at room temperature to fully experience its aroma and flavor. We recommend tasting chocolate between 20°C and 25°C, with dark chocolate on the warmer end and white chocolate slightly cooler.
