This vegan milk chocolate alternative is made from fine cocoa beans, cashews, and 20% maple sugar, which we process bean-to-bar to create a completely new product that is pleasantly sweet without adding a lot of maple sugar.
Flavor profile: Nougat-soft body, very sweet nut butter character: sweet, milky, buttery, and yet vegan. The cashews create the buttery-soft texture and have a rather subtle flavor. Very creamy finish.
