Squaring the Circle is Zotter's exploration of sugar alternatives, featuring bars sweetened with date sugar, coconut sugar, maple sugar, erythritol, and more — right through to no added sugar at all. Each bar is still fully organic and fair-trade, made bean-to-bar, just reimagined for those who want to enjoy great chocolate with a little less guilt and a lot more curiosity.
