A milk chocolate with a 70% cacao content, 22% milk and 8% raw cane sugar – a cacao power show using Peruvian fine flavor cacao, which is unexpectedly soft and presents with an intense cream caramel flavor accompanied by a mild raw cane sugar sweetness.

Tasting tip

Like fine wine, chocolate is best enjoyed at room temperature to fully experience its aroma and flavor. We recommend tasting chocolate between 20°C and 25°C, with dark chocolate on the warmer end and white chocolate slightly cooler.
