Hand-scooped

The original. Josef Zotter invented the hand-scooped format — a concept that combines inventive flair with genuine craft. Each bar is built by layering up to six different fillings along long tracks, then coated all around in chocolate. Colours and flavours come naturally from real fruits, nuts, and spices — inventive pairings that spark bold flavour explosions in a format unlike anything conventionally made.
