The soul food chocolate: inspired by the popular American pecan pie. A delicious pecan praline enhanced with lots of little bits of pecan nuts caramelized in maple sugar. Underneath, a sweet whiskey ganache created from a sweet caramel couverture and some Styrian whiskey by David Gölles. Covered all over in dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content.
