Shipping policy

We currently deliver within Singapore only.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

Chocolate is temperature-sensitive and may soften in Singapore’s warm climate. While we pack your order carefully, slight softening or surface bloom may occur during transit and does not affect quality.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel. We are not responsible for parcels left unattended, failed delivery attempts, delays by couriers, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
