So refreshing: a homemade, wonderfully fragrant lemon puree made from aromatic Amalfi lemons mixed with dark chocolate and a white rice couverture. It's topped with a deliciously soft marzipan layer enhanced with sage and covered in rich, dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content. Bella Italia goes vegan!

Tasting tip

Like fine wine, chocolate is best enjoyed at room temperature to fully experience its aroma and flavor. We recommend tasting chocolate between 20°C and 25°C, with dark chocolate on the warmer end and white chocolate slightly cooler.
