Milk chocolate 50% filled with Yuzu citrus ganache
Part tangerine, part lime with a flavor of sun-ripened tangerines – that’s Yuzu, the top chefs’ new trendy ingredient. We use white chocolate, Yuzu juice from Japan, a dash of tangerine and a bit of lemon juice to create a fruity, refreshing chocolate ganache, and all of this is topped with milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content.

Tasting tip

Like fine wine, chocolate is best enjoyed at room temperature to fully experience its aroma and flavor. We recommend tasting chocolate between 20°C and 25°C, with dark chocolate on the warmer end and white chocolate slightly cooler.
