Date sugar is made from ground dates, which naturally have a high sugar content, and which develop an elegant caramelly flavor. Entirely vegan with a natural sweetness.

Tasting tip

Like fine wine, chocolate is best enjoyed at room temperature to fully experience its aroma and flavor. We recommend tasting chocolate between 20°C and 25°C, with dark chocolate on the warmer end and white chocolate slightly cooler.
