A delicate fruit layer made with bits of apple candied with honey and caramel. In addition, there’s a cinnamon layer with hazelnut praline and white chocolate, and the whole thing is coated in a tender-melting milk chocolate with 50% cacao power.

Tasting tip

Like fine wine, chocolate is best enjoyed at room temperature to fully experience its aroma and flavor. We recommend tasting chocolate between 20°C and 25°C, with dark chocolate on the warmer end and white chocolate slightly cooler.
