Yummy: Milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content, filled with a crunchy, biscuity almond praline layer and a soft cheesecake ganache made from cream cheese, white chocolate, almond praline, a yogurt couverture, a dash of lemon and a hint of vanilla. Between these two delicious layers, we brush a wafer-thin blueberry couverture.

Tasting tip

Like fine wine, chocolate is best enjoyed at room temperature to fully experience its aroma and flavor. We recommend tasting chocolate between 20°C and 25°C, with dark chocolate on the warmer end and white chocolate slightly cooler.
