70% Dark chocolate filled with white peppermint cream and hibiscus ganache
Tender-melting and simply invigorating: a refreshing white chocolate and mint layer combined with a red hibiscus layer, created by melting hibiscus powder, boiled in milk, with almond praline and white chocolate. It's completed with a dash of lemon and a sprinkle of salt and coated in a dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content.

Tasting tip

Like fine wine, chocolate is best enjoyed at room temperature to fully experience its aroma and flavor. We recommend tasting chocolate between 20°C and 25°C, with dark chocolate on the warmer end and white chocolate slightly cooler.
